Refund Policy

All sales are final. PMHNP, NOW WHAT? does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, accidental purchases, or ordering the wrong item. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, has a printing defect, or contains the wrong item, contact shop@pmhnpnowwhat.com promptly with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. Please do not mail items back without instructions from us.

Missing orders
If your order does not arrive, contact shop@pmhnpnowwhat.com with your order number so we can investigate with the shipping provider and determine an appropriate resolution.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider.

This policy does not limit any refund or other consumer rights required by applicable law.
