Shipping Policy

Shipping is charged separately from the product price. Shipping fees are calculated based on your delivery location and the available shipping method. Your shipping charge will appear at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Processing and delivery
Order processing or book production time is separate from shipping transit time. Please review any processing and delivery estimates shown on the product page or at checkout. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

When tracking is available, shipment details will be sent to the email address provided with your order.

Shipping address
Please confirm your shipping address before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact shop@pmhnpnowwhat.com immediately. Address changes may not be possible once an order enters production or ships. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be resent because of an incorrect or incomplete address.

Delays
If we cannot ship within the stated timeframeor within the applicable legally required timeframe, we will notify you and offer the option to accept the delay or cancel for a refund.
